The trailer also features the film's theme song “Colorful”, by idol group9nine. The group previously sung for the TV series, namely “Cross Over” (first ending) and “Shining Star” (second opening).
Animation studio BONES will still be animating the film, with director Takuya Igarashi, scriptwriter Yoji Enokido, original character designer Hiroka Mizuya and Misa Mizuya, character designer/chief animation director Yoshiyuki Ito, Cybody designerShigeto Koyama, conceptual designer Shinji Aramaki, and composers Satoru Kousaki and monaca.
